Neighborhood Search - In this section, you will be able to select an area of Albemarle County, or the City of Charlottesville. Within the geographic areas I have set up instant links to specific neighborhoods. You will be able to keep instant tabs on what homes are available within these neighborhoods. Additionally, all of my search features allow you to see the listings on a map. For those of you relocating to Charlottesville, this can be very helpful. click here
Search Homes – This will take you to a link from the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors web page. In it, you will be able to search the whole CAAR market, not just my listings, or even just Real Estate IIIs. Any listing from a brokerage firm that allows their property to be shown via IDX (Internet Data eXchange) will be listed here. Make sure that you sign up with my electronic assistant who can remember your searches, and even keep you updated through e-mail so you won't have to keep looking.
